Instagram is banning any user that owns more than one account to access their application, so by following these steps, and after submitting your insta request instagram will send you an email asking you to take a selfie with a handwritten code + your full name & your username. One you will send them what they had asked for, they will reply back sending you a link to follow inorder to use your accounts normally. PS : the first time they asked me for a selfie, i did send them one, and they replied saying that it didnt match what they were looking for, so i had to re-do it and finally IT WORKED.
